About This Project

Teneriffe Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

This inner city apartment in Teneriffe was transformed with a light, bright spacious kitchen using a stunning white and gold palette.

This kitchen renovation project came with its challenges; the building was managed by a body corporate which imposed restrictions on noise, logistics and had a long list of rules / regulations.  Rose, our client services manager, ensured the comfort of other residents by opening up communication and keeping everyone informed.

Our building team were challenged by the structural walls which required access to the original plans and a special x-ray of the concrete slab by engineers. With all the information at hand, we were able to drill the penerations for the new kitchen layout.

The owners worked closely with our team to source the best quality materials paying special attention to the gold handles, tapware and sink to ensure it would not tarnish and the colours matched.

The original kitchen was dark and pokey, but now with a fresh colour scheme, hidden LED lights, new lighting throughout the apartment and happy neighbours this was an extremely rewarding project.

Over to the bathroom.  This had been recently renovated however the client wanted to upgrade the vanity and mirrors.

As there were limited tiles available we needed to recreate a vanity that was exactly the same size but more stylish and didn’t require many new tiles to be added.

The client found a lovely mirror with hidden LED lights that required power however no power points were available. Our team rose to the challenge which resulted in a sophisticated modern bathroom.
